Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Cost. Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Timing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, for a total of roughly 4–8 business days from order to doorstep. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking. The moment your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

Multiple shipments. Depending on the items in your order, your products may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages — at no extra cost to you. Each shipment gets its own tracking email, so nothing is ever in the dark.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it's printed exactly as entered. If you spot a mistake, email us at contact@theboldsupplyco.com as soon as possible; we can correct an address any time before the order ships, but not after it's with the carrier. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages. Carrier delays occasionally happen and are outside our control, but your order isn't — if your tracking has stalled for more than 5 business days or shows delivered when nothing arrived, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
