Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. Every product carrying The Bold Supply Co. mark is inspected against our quality standard before it's listed — and if your order still isn't right for you, we'll make the return simple.

Print-on-Demand Notice. Some products in our store are made to order through print-on-demand partners. These items are produced after your order is placed, which may result in longer production and shipping times than standard inventory items. Estimated timelines will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Returns. We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return. Email us at contact@theboldsupplyco.com with your order number and the reason for your return, or log in to your account at  to request a return directly. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. Please don't ship items back without contacting us first.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Defective items and our mistakes. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a free return label and a full refund or replacement, your choice.

Exchanges. Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange within 30 days, subject to available stock.

EU Right of Withdrawal. If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@theboldsupplyco.com before the 14-day period expires, or initiate a request directly from your account at . Once notified, you have 14 additional days to return the items. We will issue a full refund — including standard outbound shipping costs — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items, sealed goods that have been opened, or print-on-demand products made specifically to your order.

A few notes. Refunds cover the product price; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable.
