Shipping Policy
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
We also ship to 200+ countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days after processing.
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total. They are collected by your local customs authority.
Cost. Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order. Orders of $75 or more ship free.
Timing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, for a total of roughly 4–8 business days from order to doorstep. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Tracking. The moment your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
International Order Tracking: Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Tracking visibility may be limited once packages leave the United States.
Multiple shipments. Depending on the items in your order, your products may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages — at no extra cost to you. Each shipment gets its own tracking email, so nothing is ever in the dark.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it's printed exactly as entered. If you spot a mistake, email us at contact@theboldsupplyco.com as soon as possible; we can correct an address any time before the order ships, but not after it's with the carrier. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Delays, lost, or damaged packages. Carrier delays occasionally happen and are outside our control, but your order isn't — if your tracking has stalled for more than 5 business days or shows delivered when nothing arrived, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
Lost or Delayed International Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your expected delivery date, contact us at contact@theboldsupplyco.com and we'll investigate.
Wholesale & Distribution Partner Shipments
Some items — including select tactical and outdoor gear — ship directly from our wholesale distribution partners . These orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days via standard carrier. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment sourced from a distribution partner.
Print-on-Demand Shipments
Items produced through our print-on-demand partners require additional production time before shipping. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by standard delivery of 3–7 business days, for an estimated total of 6–12 business days. Estimated timelines are noted on individual product pages where applicable.
